Having trouble authenticating via SSO? See if the following troubleshooting options help.
I've selected SSO as my login option, but I can't authenticate.
Check the following to make sure your SSO is set up properly:
- Make sure you're part of an Enterprise team, which has SSO activated. SSO is only available for Enterprise plans, and your organization needs to have it configured for the team.
- Make sure your organization has provisioned access for you. For SSO to work, your SSO admin needs to have granted you access. Confirm with your SSO admin if you're not sure!
- Make sure you've entered your company email.
