Ubiquitous Domains

The most popular domains we love to hate.

Popular SaaS productivity, collaboration, or public email services such as gmail.com and google.com often appear across Salesforce Lead and Account records (not to mention a myriad of other places). We refer to these domains as Ubiquitous Domains because, well .. they are everywhere.

When ubiquitous domains appear in Salesforce (e.g. john@gmail.com) we won't assume the Salesforce record is tied to Google. Instead, we'll ignore that domain and give you an opportunity to update it.
