Focus on Company records to get an edge
What is a Company record?
A Company record is a business with employees, a HQ location, and, most importantly, the ability to spend money on products and services.
We have 30 million records in our dataset and this number grows daily as our sensor network identifies new domains, applications, and companies.
One of the challenges Sales and Marketing teams have when working with large lead lists from 3rd parties is the amount of noise these lists contain. Large company lists tend to be littered with websites and various registration records posing as companies when in reality very few of them map to actual businesses.
When we provision bulk access to our dataset via Snowflake, we do our best to filter out noisy domain records. We focus only on surfacing those company records representing actual companies with employees and budget for technology purchases.
Identifying Company Records
How do you filter out the noise and focus your efforts on real companies with an actual budget? Intricately has built a model to identify companies and filter out domain records that lead you nowhere.
The Company Record Model
Below are the attributes we use to identify Company records:
|The estimated amount of budget a company has for digital products. Read more about Spend Potential.
|A value indicating the amount of available data our system had when creating the company record. Read more about Record Completeness.
|Total Infrastructure Spend
|The (monthly) observed spend amount we see the company investing on their digital Infrastructure.
|The number of employees we estimate at the company.
|The physical location of the company's headquarters.
